Business Development Executive
  • Experience : 0 – 2 yrs experience
  • Location : Gurgaon
  • Qualification : Graduate / M.B.A
  • Skills Required : Business Development, Marketing, Direct Sales,Client Servicing Strong Analytical Skills, Strong English Language Skills – both Written & Verbal.
  • Requirement : We are looking for someone with 8 – 12 months of sales experience who has an inclination towards Real estate. The core objective would be of commercial office broking and transactions which includes leasing and sale of office premise. Ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Responsibilities : Responsible for the preparation of assignments for Nri clients and, when required can deal with corporate clients. Track current trends and important developments in the Real Estate sector. Assist with pitches for new business and preparing client proposals. Supporting senior colleagues in Clients meetings.
  • Job Description : The responsibility would be of to generate sales with existing customers and try to create opportunities with leads which would be assigned. Focus to achieve monthly sales targets and achieve target of the quarter.
